The eye exam at GLOOMY SUNDAY consists of an objective examination (done with an autorefractometer) and subjective examination (reading signs from the chart). Only combining those two methods allows us to get full and reliable results which will be the basis for making prescription glasses.
The autorefraction examination is a component of the complete exam which helps the specialist to determine the “direction” of correction and its power. Only the supplementary, subjective examination, which consists of procedures such as reading of the chart in a trial frame, allows the specialist to get the real information about the corrective powers.
